Citalopram seemed to work for me for about three years until it began to burn a hole in my stomach wall – not good! I loved the following – getting enough physical exercise, good probiotic foods, which have recently been found to have no bearing on the gut fauna unless your gut has been unwell, good sleep and even sunshine and walking bare foot. But the one thing they miss is the fact that we need social interaction as well. Humans beings are social animals and all this technology is eating up out time, preventing as much social interaction.
