Having just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes within the last 6 months, I am afraid I will be skipping the awesome creme egg this year. I would get them nice and cold in the fridge and when ready to eat I would crack it really hard on the edge of a counter before unwrapping. Then I would eat the center and chomp down on the hard shell. Heavenly bliss would then ensue! Those were the days! 😦
